Port of Fear Film Festival
The Port of Fear Film Festival brings the very best in horror, sci-fi, fantasy, and thriller films from around the globe to Kenosha, Wisconsin! The festival happens in September. Most, if not all, of the events take place at Kemper Center, on the Lake Michigan shore.
The festival’s vendors bring the best art, clothing, film merchandise, and food from Southeastern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. If you want to know what goes bump in the night, then you're welcome to attend the Port of Fear.
The film blocks for the festival range in price, depending on the block. Also offered are day & weekend passes for access to the films. The Spooky Market is free to attend.
The Port of Fear Film Festival debuted in July 2022, celebrating everything horror. Founded on a love of film and our community, Port of Fear was created to awareness to the burgeoning Midwest film industry and spooky local artists and artisans. Its aim was to highlight local businesses as well as the arts community, bringing in audiences from around the Midwest for this terrifying event in scenic downtown Kenosha.
