Snow Daze Festival

Join us for Snow Daze on January 25, 2025!

Featuring Nearly 60 Ice Sculptures!

When:

Saturday, January 25 from 1 to 3 p.m.

Sculptures will be up as long as the weather allows.

What:

Downtown Kenosha will turn into a winter wonderland with nearly 60 unique ice sculptures on display, as the Snow Daze Festival returns for the 11th year.

Where:

Veterans Memorial Park, 5220 Sixth Avenue, and other locations throughout Downtown Kenosha.

Sponsors:

Snow Daze is presented by the City of Kenosha and Visit Kenosha with support from area businesses and the Lakeshore Business Improvement District.

2025 Details:

At Veterans Memorial Park

• Ice artists from Art Below Zero in Franksville will create a one-of-a-kind ice sculpture – a "winter wonderland" castle sponsored by the City of Kenosha – beginning at 1 p.m.
• Stroll around the park to view ice sculptures sponsored by Snap-on, Inc., Blackhawk Community Credit Union, Visit Kenosha, and T-Mobile Fiber. Also view sculptures sponsored by About Time Moving Systems LLC, Dooley & Associates, Madrigrano, Aiello & Santarelli LLC, Kenosha Area Chamber of Commerce, Offsite, and The Gratzi, Inc.
• Enjoy family-friendly music from Midwest DJ Productions from 1 to 3 p.m.
• There will be free kits for s’mores at the park beginning at 1 p.m. until supplies run out. People may use the fire pits set up near the Veterans Memorial fountain at the park to toast marshmallows for the s’mores.
• Additional treats are available for purchase at the event, including hot cocoa at the trailer by the ice rink and specialty cookies from Sweetness Kenosha.

View ice sculptures in front of participating local businesses and organizations, which are also promoting special deals and discounts during the event.

Additional Activities

• Take a spin on the City’s ice rink at Veterans Memorial Park, with free skate check-outs between the hours of 10 a.m. and 9 p.m. on January 25.
• Enjoy a free ride on the Electric Streetcar in conjunction with the event, operating from 10:35 a.m. to 6:15 p.m.

Free event parking is available downtown, including at the City parking garage at Eighth Avenue and 56th Street.
