COVID-19 Updates

The health and safety of visitors and residents is always our top priority, but specifically during the COVID-19 Pandemic. We’re committed to helping you find accurate, up-to-date information to help you stay safe when you visit the Kenosha Area. Please maintain a COVID-Conscious distance when in public places and be mindful of posted restrictions. We recommend contacting individual businesses directly regarding questions about their specific precautions and hours. Please be patient with each other.

Performing Arts & Theater

Nothing thrills quite like a live performance. Kenosha’s home theatre troupe, the Lakeside Players, offer a full season of plays and musicals at the Rhode Center for the Arts in Downtown Kenosha. University of Wisconsin–Parkside and Carthage College also offer live theatre productions as well as concerts throughout their school year.

The Bristol Renaissance Faire brings you 16th Century merriment, music, food, and games during nine summer weekends. Hundreds of performers entertain you!

Live music can be enjoyed at various venues throughout Kenosha including:
  • Fusion, a live performance space presented by the Kenosha Performing Arts Association
  • Kenosha Creative Space
  • Sesquicentennial Bandshell in Pennoyer Park
  • Various restaurants, pubs, craft breweries, and parks

In the summer, there are music series (most are free) at various parks as well as music festivals.

Two music groups have deep roots in the Kenosha community: the Kenosha Symphony Orchestra was established in 1940, while the Kenosha Pops Concert Band was formed in 1922.

Downtown Kenosha is also home to the Kenosha Comedy Club.
