Kenosha Restaurant Week is coming up fast: February 21-March 1, 2026!
This year there are over 80 participating restaurants and food/beverage shops with 15 venues that will be brand new to this event. Restaurant Week is one of my favorite events in Kenosha and I have put together some of my favorite tips to make the most out of your week!
Plan Your Week - Menus
Menus for participating venues are posted at VisitKenosha.com/RW. One of my favorite things to do is to go through all of the menus that are posted to plan out my week ahead of time! You’ll find specials for breakfast, lunch, dinner, sweets/treats, and drinks. Restaurant Week menus are full of great deals! I always look through every menu to find the right meal to tailor to my plan for the day. Different restaurants offer deals that can be used towards a date night, a family night out, or an individual meal deal. Heading out to lunch with some co-workers, there are deals for that as well! Since this is one of my favorite events, I want to make sure that I am visiting and supporting as many local businesses as I can.
Kids Menus
Restaurant Week is not only for adults. While restaurants may not have a specific kids menu listed for specials, a lot of restaurants will have kid friendly meals.
Make Reservations
Some participating restaurants will allow you to make reservations. I always make a reservation for dinner because places can get full pretty quick, especially during Restaurant Week. I would recommend calling ahead and asking if you can make reservations. Some restaurants do not take reservations though, so plan to beat the rush!
Dine & Win Promotions
When you dine at a participating restaurant, there will be a chance to win gift cards to a local restaurant or Kenosha Restaurant Week merchandise. Be on the look out for posts on the Kenosha Restaurant Week Facebook page as well as their Instagram! There will be opportunities to win leading up to and all during Restaurant Week.
Merchandise
If you are a foodie like me and love Kenosha Restaurant Week, The Lettering Machine has partnered with Visit Kenosha to put out some great Kenosha Restaurant Week merchandise.
Dine & Give
While eating at your favorite place during this year's Restaurant Week, consider a donation to a local hunger - relief organization. Details and the official nonprofit partners can all be found here.
Take & Go
Did you enjoy Restaurant Week so much that you wished it ran another week? Several restaurants will be offering a take home option. They will have certain items pre-made so you can bring the food home to continue the Restaurant Week fun! Last year a couple of participating restaurants did this, and it was great to have the following week! Keep an eye on the menus for “take & go” options (including carryout and take & bake/heat).
Tip Your Servers
Without our servers and restaurant staff, we wouldn’t have a Restaurant Week. During this week the restaurants get busier than normal. Be patient, enjoy the dining experience, and remember to tip your servers.
Kenosha Restaurant Week runs from February 21-March 1. With such a great variety of menus there is something for everyone. Go to a family favorite or try something new, you won’t be disappointed!
