Mary Radigan grew up in her family's restaurant, went away to culinary school, and worked for some renowned chefs in big cities. When her father's restaurant needed her, Chef Mary Radigan did not hesitate and promptly returned to Ray Radigan's, where she now runs the kitchen and represents the third generation. Neither Prohibition nor the Depression stopped this restaurant from opening, which is still going strong more than 80 years later. More>
