The last names of these two American outlaws from the Great Depression time period form the name of a new custom tattoo and body piercing studio in Downtown Kenosha. Parker & Barrow: Custom Tattoo & Body Piercing opened in June 2014. In the lower level of the building is an art gallery: The Ditch - Gallery, Gifts & Workshop.
