Growing up in Milwaukee, a young Richard Charette was the kid sitting by the lakefront – dreaming and watching the boats sail by. Since that time, he grew up and found his hobbies in the air and on the water – flying airplanes and sailing boats. In 2014, he started Red Sails Charter & Sailing Lessons, LLC. His boat is named Panache - a French word that means beauty, grace, and elegance. Customers choose whether they want a charter ride or sailing lessons.
