Wisconsin winters are a great time to get outdoors and embrace the chill of Mother Nature. When the snow starts to fly, Kenosha rolls out the white carpet with wintry fun for all ages! Enjoy snowcapped hills made for snowboarding, skiing and tubing, miles of frosty trails groomed for fat tire biking, and tranquil nature trails ideal for snowshoeing and hiking. Plan your snow day around one or more of these winter destinations:

Wilmot Mountain: Downhill skiing, snowboarding and tubing

Silver Lake Park: Fat tire biking, cross country skiing and hiking

❄ Bristol Woods Park and its Pringle Nature Center: Snowshoeing, cross country skiing and hiking (you can even rent snowshoes there)

Petrifying Springs Park and Richard Bong State Recreation Area: Cross country skiing, hiking and sledding

Veterans Memorial Park: Ice skating

Kenosha County inland lakes: Ice fishing and ice skating
