The Kenosha Area Convention & Visitors Bureau (KACVB) has developed the Kenosha Area to go workshop to inform and empower you and your employees about all the great opportunities and resources available to tourists visiting our community. Kenosha Area to go will provide the knowledge and tools to help attendees better serve tourists’ (and local customers’) needs and make their experience in the Kenosha Area a positive and memorable one.

Who Should Attend?

Anyone who has contact with your customers will benefit from this workshop. It’s geared toward helping staff be prepared for answering customers’ questions and utilizing the many resources and tools available to them as well as visitors to the Kenosha Area. Business owners, managers, restaurant/bar servers, front desk clerks, sales associates, receptionists, volunteers – anyone who comes in contact with your customers!

Kenosha Area to go is a free, one-on-one service to KACVB Tourism Partners. You pick the date and time and we bring the workshop to you. Your only investment is the time you devote for you and your staff to attend. The workshop length is approximately one hour, however we are happy to customize the presentation to fit your needs or focus on specific areas of interest.
