Kenosha Pops Concert

Kenosha Pops at Sesquicentennial Bandshell in Pennoyer Park

Enjoy live musical entertainment at Kenosha's lakefront. This is the 97th season of the Kenosha Pops Concert Band.

Most of the concerts take place at Sesquicentennial Bandshell in Pennoyer Park.

Admission is free. Audience members should bring lawn chairs or blankets; benches are also provided at the bandshell.

The themes:

June 12: Nautical Night (a redo of the concert that was rained out in 2018)

June 19: "America the Melting Pot" - a concert with music from around the world

June 26: "Weather or Not" - tunes about the weather ("Blue Skies," "Baby, It's Cold Outside," "The Thunderer")

July 3: Patriotic fare

July 10: Halloween in July

July 17: Symphonic Pops VI, an indoor concert at Carthage College's Siebert Chapel, 2001 Alford Park Drive.

July 24: "The Sound and Joy of Music"

July 31: Pops Rewind, a night of encores from this season


Additional Appearances:

June 8: A pre-season concert at the Civil War Museum, 5400 First Ave., during The Grand Review event. 3:30 p.m.

July 4: The Pops are staying at the bandshell for July 4th. 4:30 p.m.
