Featuring K-9 Korner Dog Park, concrete skatepark, playground, picnic areas, baseball and soccer fields, public swimming pool, new splash pad area, fishing pond (95 acres).

The concrete skatepark is about 11,000 square feet. It’s free to use, and available from dawn to dusk. Skateboards, scooters, roller blades, and bikes are welcome. Features include quarter pipes, spine ramp into a half pipe, raised ledge, stair rails, stair jumps, benches, manual pads, slanted grind ledges, and more.

2018 Pool Season:

Season passes will be available for purchase beginning Tuesday, May 29 for the city's two public swimming pools at Anderson Park and Washington Park. Pools will open for the season at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 16, weather depending.

Regular pool hours are 10 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. Tuesdays through Sundays. The pools will be closed on Mondays and on the Fourth of July.

Season pool passes may be purchased from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Public Work Department, 625 52nd Street, Room 305. There is a discount for purchasing passes before the pools open for the season. Costs for city residents are $55 for a single season pass; $115 for a group season pass of up to five and $15 for each additional person on a group pass (maximum of three). Cost for non-residents are $60 for a single season pass; $180 for a group season pass of up to five and $20 for each additional person on a group season pass. After the pools open costs increase by $5 in each category for city residents. Non-resident single season pool passes will cost $75, group season passes $185 and additional person on a group pass $25. Each person on the season pool pass is required to be present to have a photo taken for the pass.

Individual daily pool fees are $5 for individuals age 3 and older and $3 for adults over 60. The daily fee for non-swimming adults is $3. Children age 2 and younger are admitted free with a paid adult (maximum of three children per adult). Swim coupons good for five visits also are available. Costs are $15 for children and $20 for adults.

Pool passes can be purchased using credit or debit cards, subject to a small convenience fee.
