The theme of the 2015 parade is “Remembering Our Past”. This year’s Somers July 4th Parade and Independence Day Celebration is very special. Somers is celebrating its 50th parade and parade organizers hope that this year's theme inspires everyone to honor and remember the rich history of the community.
About twice a month every summer, family friendly movies are shown at dusk on a large inflatable screen at the Lance Park Amphitheater, along the shore of Lake Mary in the Village of Twin Lakes.
This is a fundraiser for a local family in need. Donations gratefully accepted.
