Hike in search of clues that unlock the secret lives of animals that live in the park. Meet at the Visitor Center.
Attend 3:30 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. event.
Learn about a park ranger's job first-hand. Discover what equipment they use and visit the squad car.
9 – 10 a.m.
Bring the whole family and drop in to hunt for nature's hidden surprises. A Family Play Day.
A Costume Family Fun Run! Dress up in your favorite Halloween costume and join this fun new family 5K run/walk. Best costume awards as well as for top finishers in each age group.

Dog Walk & Family Festival: 2 – 6 p.m.
Take a stroll with your faithful companion(s) to benefit the homeless animals of Safe Harbor Humane Society.
10 – 11 a.m.
Join us for a story (Raccoons and Ripe Corn by Jim Arnosky) about a mother raccoon and her young who have an all-night feast in a cornfield, with a hike tied to the story. This is a free family event.
