Born in 1915 in Kenosha, Wisconsin, actor, writer, director, and producer Orson Welles dramatically altered the mediums of theatre, radio, and film. One hundred years later, his influence is still felt around the world and many consider him to be the best director who ever lived. The City of Kenosha will commemorate his centennial year with a month-long series of events designed to engage, entertain, and inspire, much like the larger than life man himself did throughout his career.

The RecPlex Ice Arena is proud to showcase the talents of area figure skaters during the 2015 Spring Ice Show – Heroes vs. Villains. All are invited to attend one or more of four showings of Heroes vs. Villains, which will feature nearly 140 area performers ranging in age from preschool through adult. Solo, duet and synchronized figure skaters will perform to popular music selections.

Students ages 8-18 of Spotlight Youth Theater present, The Jungle Book. The Jungle Book is a daring tale of adventure based on Rudyard Kipling's exotic tale.
