March 2016 Update
A new Spring/Summer menu of totally twisted combinations became available at Twisted Cuisine on March 22. Under the leadership of Chef and Kitchen Manager, Brittanie LeViseur, the new menu contains new small plates, two new sandwich offerings, some wild new entrees (including a Penne pasta dish that mimics a Wisconsin Old Fashioned Cocktail), and several new salads and desserts, as well. There are also a handful of Twisted classics that are still on the menu, including the signature Parmesan Crusted Ribeye, Stuffed Halibut, and Saganaki appetizer which will remain constant for the foreseeable future.
Twisted Cuisine opened in February 2006 with an aim to offer gourmet food in a casual setting with a unique twist. Most of the menu items have bizarre, unique or rare ingredients. The menu typically changes twice a year – in the spring and fall. The restaurant celebrated its 10-year anniversary earlier this year (2016). You can continue to expect a seasonally changing menu, wild combinations, friendly service and plenty of fun from this locally owned and operated establishment.
