A new Fall/Winter menu of totally twisted combinations became available at Twisted Cuisine on October 27, 2015. Under the new leadership of Chef and Kitchen Manager, Brittanie LeViseur, the new menu contains eight new appetizer dishes, two new sandwich offerings (including the Grown Up Grilled Cheese that earned Twisted Cuisine first place at the Cheese-a-palooza event this summer), 13 new entrees, and several new salads and dessert offerings. There are also a handful of Twisted classics that are still on the menu, including the signature Parmesan Crusted Ribeye, which will remain constant for the foreseeable future.
Restaurant owner, Rhonda Bell, is very excited about the changes at Twisted Cuisine. “The new menu offers comfort food for these cooler months – honestly, the combinations are awesome. We’ve got classics like pot roast and peanut butter & jelly but our team has morphed them into playful, gourmet dishes.” As for the changes in leadership in the kitchen, “Chef Britt has been with the restaurant for nearly a year and we recently promoted her – this is her first menu design with us. She nailed it!” says Bell.
Twisted Cuisine opened in February 2006 with an aim to offer gourmet food in a casual setting with a unique twist. Most of the menu items have bizarre, unique or rare ingredients. The menu typically changes twice a year – in the spring and fall. The restaurant will be celebrating its 10-year anniversary this winter.
