WINE CLASSES & TASTINGS: We have great wine events coming up! In January & March 2017, join us for our wine classes taught by Cathy & Gino Mantuano. These were a favorite of many and we are looking forward to seeing all of you for these classes again. Also in January, on Saturday afternoons in Mangia Lounge join Tre Mantuano as he holds wine tastings! Sample a few of our favorite wines with some of Chef James delicious snacks. 8/1/16 Update: Mangia Wine Bar would like to introduce our new Chef de Cuisine, James Shields. James previously worked at Mezzo Italian Café & Provisions in Midway, Kentucky, and the fine dining Distilled Restaurant & Bourbon Bar in Lexington, Kentucky. A new chef means a new menu. As always, our menus are seasonal to allow for serving the freshest ingredients at their peak of flavor. With James in charge, the quality and flair that guests have come to expect from Mangia Wine Bar remains. James has already launched a new menu! Some of these new selections are Cacciatore Rubbed Sirloin, Spaghettini alle Vongole, and Watermelon Panzanella, just to name a few. “James has a passion for cooking and he truly enjoys making our guests happy,” says Owner, Chef Tony Mantuano. “When he’s not busy in the kitchen, you’ll find James in the dining rooms chatting up our regulars and getting feedback. Working together with James on the menus will ensure that Mangia Wine Bar continues to be one of Kenosha’s most loved institutions.”
