Ask for The Red Man Challenge:
It all started with a group of Carthage Football players who would come to Franks Diner and dare each other to eat a mass quantity of food. Every time the group would come in, the required intake would grow… and the last combination they came up with is now the immortal challenge known as the Red Man Challenge.
Do you have what it takes to consume nearly 6 pounds of food in 45 minutes?
A Full Garbage Plate – 5 eggs, 5 meats, 5 cheeses, and all the veggies (mushroom, tomato, onion, zucchini, and green pepper) mixed with a generous helping of hashbrowns
A Tall Stack – 3 large, fluffy pancakes
Homemade Toast – Two thick slices of fresh toast (jelly optional)
