The Coffee Pot Inn Is Now Open

(April 13, 2017) - Guests have begun staying at The Coffee Pot Inn: Kenosha’s newest lodging option. Visitors may enjoy all the comforts of home in a retro-chic three-bedroom upper flat. Located in the heart of Downtown Kenosha, guests are just steps from Lake Michigan, as well as numerous dining, shopping, attraction, and nightlife options.

Ideal for families and girls’ getaways, the fully furnished space features three bedrooms, which comfortably sleeps six people. There is one bathroom, a full kitchen, a dining room, a family room, an enclosed sun room, and an outdoor area. Additional amenities include wifi and cable. Located in an urban setting at 4910 Seventh Avenue, the inn’s atmosphere can be described as retro, yet new and fresh, warm and comfortable.

Longtime friends Janis Barnhill and Julie Zorn became owners of The Coffee Pot, at 4914 Seventh Avenue, in 2004. The Coffee Pot offers classic diner fare with a creative twist of fresh and seasonal inspirations. The diner originally opened in the early 1930's. Last year, they bought the building next door, added another dining room: The Kenosha Room, and now have opened the inn above The Kenosha Room. During the summer of months, “The Garden of Eatin’” is open for outdoor dining. There is free delivery service to the inn from The Coffee Pot (during diner hours).
