Registration is now underway for an Indoor/Outdoor Triathlon being held at RecPlex. The race consists of a 400-yard swim, 4-mile spin bike ride, and a 2.3-mile outdoor run (weather permitting). Scoring is based on total distance, and awards will be presented to the overall male and female winners.
The RecPlex Ice Arena is proud to showcase the talents of area figure skaters during the 2017 Spring Ice Show – iSkate Remix. All are invited to attend one or more of three showings of iSkate Remix running May 5 through May 7.
The marathon, half marathon, and 5k will start at 7 a.m. The start and finish areas are located in Harbor Park, near the corner of 1st Ave and 54th Street, in front of the Kenosha Public Museum.
Have you ever wanted to be a superhero? Now you have your chance! Every Kid Needs a Superhero 5k is a run/walk for the Boys & Girls Club of Kenosha. Whether you decide to dress up like Wonder Woman, the Hulk, or just in shorts and a t-shirt you will be a superhero to the kids of Kenosha.
Walkers and runners of all ages and abilities are invited to take part in the Spring Family 5K Walk/Run inside Prairie Springs Park. The event will take place along the shores of Lake Andrea and will begin at the Wruck Beach Pavilion on the west side of the park (across the lake from RecPlex).
