Kids & Family Expo

March 28, 2015

(262) 947-0437

9 a.m. – 3 p.m.

All are invited to RecPlex for a fun-filled lineup at the Kids & Family Expo. The expo is free and open to the public.

More than 50 exhibitors will be on hand providing demonstrations, products, information and activities related to youth and families. New this year, “Elvis” will be making an appearance at the Kids & Family Expo and offering a performance for those in attendance.

Exhibitors and information will be available for a variety of interests, such as: youth related retail; family camping and recreation; healthcare; sports and athletics; education; summer childcare/camp options; and more. “We’d love to invite families out for a little free fun and to visit our family-oriented vendors with useful information and special offers,” explained Carol Willke, Director of Recreation. “We’re expecting the 2015 Kids & Family Expo to be a lot of fun with some really useful family resources.” RecPlex will also be offering a “Kids are Free” membership special the day of the expo. A variety of concessions and retail merchandise will be available on-site during the expo.

The Kids & Family Expo originated in 2008 as a kick-off for RecPlex Summer Camps. Information on multiple specialty camps will be available, as will a one-day $15 discount on a Summer Camp registration. This year’s event sponsors are: North Shore Bank, 102.3 XLC, Top Choice Rental and Kenosha News.
