Indoor/Outdoor Triathlon

April 24, 2016

(262) 925-6742

Hours:

7:30 a.m.

The race consists of a 400-yard swim, 4-mile spin bike ride, and a 2.3-mile outdoor run (weather permitting). The race is open to ages eight (8) and older, and advanced registration is required.

Scoring is based on total distance, and awards will be presented to the overall male and female winners.

Medals are presented to all finishers. “The indoor/outdoor triathlon is a great motivational tool and a great way to assess your fitness level in preparation for the rapidly approaching outdoor triathlon season,” explained Aaron Pankau, Fitness Director at RecPlex. “This format is a fun way to both train and compete athletically before it’s warm enough to take training completely outdoors.”

The registration fee for the Indoor /Outdoor Triathlon is $40 through April 17 and $45 thereafter. Post race refreshments are provided.
