The Carthage Society of Physics Students and Tremper High School Astronomical Society are hosting observation nights at the Griffin Observatory, weather permitting.  Guests are encouraged to dress warmly.  Some stair climbing is required, we encourage the participation of children who are accompanied by adults. Free and open to the public.

The Griffin Observatory allows adventurers to see the universe from a historic setting, using modern technology. Following a four-year renovation, the 19th century astronomy laboratory has taken on new life as a stargazing, teaching and recreation facility. It’s open to the public on select nights.
