The first Friday of each month, the Kenosha Area Convention & Visitors Bureau hosts a free, fun, informative, and tasty Open House at its I-94 Visitor Information Center.
Featured exhibitors, bringing samples, brochures, prizes, and smiles on Dec. 4 are:
Also: Santa Claus will make an appearance! In addition, the Visitor Information Center is serving as a collection site for the Wisconsin Department of Tourism’s “The Big Bundle Up” campaign. All are invited to drop off new or gently used coats, sweaters, hats, mittens and other warm clothing items. The donations, accepted now through January 3, will stay in the community and be distributed through First Step Services Inc.
Please note there will be no First Fridays event held in January; the event will return in the new year on February 5.
Travelers taking a break from the road, as well as local residents - tourists in their own town - are invited. Meet the people behind some of our local attractions and businesses, and pick up ideas of things to see and do in the Kenosha Area and throughout Wisconsin. The I-94 Visitor Information Center is located at the southeast corner of I-94 and Hwy. 165, at 10519 - 120th Ave. (Exit 347).
